The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) opened the application portal for the September 2025 university intake in March 2025

The Student's Portal (students.kuccps.net) is open for application to Teacher Training Colleges (TTCs), September 2025 intake.

Available Programmes
> Diploma in Primary Teacher Education
> Diploma in Secondary Teacher Education

Deadline: 20/3/2025.

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) opened the application portal for the September 2025 university intake in March 2025 . The portal allows students to apply for their preferred courses. 

Application process 

  1. Log in to the KUCCPS Student's Portal at students.kuccps.net
  2. Click Programmes to view available courses and their minimum requirements
  3. Select your preferred courses and enter the Programme Codes
  4. Click the Application/Revision tab and then Apply Now
  5. Enter the Programme Codes in the provided form
  6. Submit the application
  7. Pay the application fee

Application fee 

First-time applicants pay Ksh. 1,500

Students revising their choices submitted in school pay Ksh. 1,000
